Mustapha Haruna visited SPRING

Mustapha Haruna (SPRING Batch 2010/2012) just graduated at UACh, Valdivia, Chile. On his way back to Ghana he visited friends in Germany and SPRING Dortmund.
In the scope of the SPRING Colloquium he gave a presentation on "Indigenous Knowledge and Native Forest Management in Mapuche in Chile" highlighting findings from his own empirical research. Within the DAAD Carlo-Schmid-Programme DAAD Mustapha has been awarded a scholarship for an internship at FAO starting 1st October 2012 in Rome, Italy. For six months he will be working at the Office of Knowledge Exchange Research and Extension and join the project about "Tehnology and Practice for Small Agriculture Producer".
