The habilitation is the highest university examination that can be taken at TU Dortmund University within the framework of an academic examination procedure. It establishes the ability to teach in a scientific subject.
Habilitations at the Department of Spatial Planning are based on the Habilitation Regulations of the University of Dortmund of July 2, 1993 (only German!).
