The M.Sc. Urban Transformation is a two-year Master’s program at the Department of Spatial Planning. The program is designed for highly qualified students who want to learn more about how cities and regions can change and develop in advanced economies. It focuses on innovative strategies for urban and regional transformation.
The program understands planning as an interdisciplinary field. This means that it brings together different perspectives and disciplines. Courses and projects connect international theories on structural change and spatial transformation with practical questions of governance in cities and regions.
