Congratulations to Samjhana Bista!
Alumna Samjhana Bista, who graduated from the SPRING program in 2010, has successfully completed her dissertation in the Research Group Landscape Ecology and Landscape Planning at the Department of Spatial Planning on 26th January at TU Dortmund University.
Her dissertation is titled “Sustainable Consumption for Effective Ecosystem-based Adaptation in Urban and Peri-Urban Settlements in the Lowlands of Nepal”. Current Dean Prof. Dietwald Gruehn served as supervisor and first reviewer, Prof. Einhard-Schmidt-Kallert as second reviewer. Chair of the examination board was Prof. Renée Tribble.
