SPRING NEWS Background - Tree
Ricardo G Paris, Aurelia Guasch Antúnez and Maria Fernanda Romero, alumni of SPRING Batch 2015-17, have published an article in the Journal TRIALOG about strategic and community-based planning in urban development.

Together with the urbanist Rodrigo C. Bertame they examined the case of the Vila Autódromo Community in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to contrast the city’s strategic plan which is purely market oriented with the community plan which focuses on alternative local development options to avoid their eviction.
