Legal basis
Insofar as the institution of TU Dortmund University obtains the consent of the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DS-GVO serves as the legal basis. If TU Dortmund commissions third parties with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called "order processing agreement", this is done on the basis of the provisions of Art. 28 DS-GVO.
Storage duration
