SPRING Alumna Akosua Afriyie Mensah (Batch 2012/14) welcomed in June the participants of this year’s NRW Administrative Exchange in her hometown Accra in Ghana. The participants learned that Accra is a thriving city, lively and buzzing but still faces challenges when it comes to housing supply, transport and urban greenery. Since 2007, Ghana and the state NRW are connected through an official partnership. Exchange programmes on the municipal and state level are meant to create new ideas for cooperation and joined projects.
